Renewal and relaxation are what the Spa at Crestwood is dedicated to providing for your well-being. Guests of Crestwood Resort and Spa as well as the general public are invited to make a selection of any of our various theraputic services and treatments that include only the highest grade of professional massage and skin therapy services available.

In addition to the treatments we offer, each guest is also invited to enjoy access to our lap pool, steam bath, sauna and cardio fitness center as either a refreshing start to your appointment or to maximize your spa experience thereafter.

The Spa at Crestwood is a great escape for our local High Country residents who wish to get away without having to travel out of town.

*We request that Spa appointments be made 48 hours in advance. Please call for availability if desire a more immediate appointment. A credit card is required to hold all spa appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours or more prior to reservation incur no service charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged for the full price of the service.

CRESTWOOD MASSAGE

A releaxing Swedish style massage. Great for relief of muscle tension and de-stressting.

60 Minutes: $80

SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE

Techniques are used to go deeper to release locked-in patterns, re-establish full range of motion and improve strength and performance.

60 Minutes: $90

AROMATHERAPY BODY MASSAGE

A massage enhanced with nature's essential oils.

60 Minutes: $90

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

This technique uses very light pressure along the spine and on the head and face. Blockages to the flow of cerebrospinal fluid are released, reestablishing proper flow while allowing the body to begin to heal and function normally.

90 minutes: $115

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

This technique provides a full body massage with the focus on stimulation of the lymphatic system to aid in the elimination of toxins and retained water.

60 minutes: $90

FACIAL MASSAGE

This treatment helps to tone and relax the facial muscles and skin. The pressure points used help with headaches, sinus pressure and TMJ problems. The treatment also includes a massage of the hands, arms, and shoulders.

30 minute added to any 60 minute service: $40

PRENATAL MASSAGE

A full body massage with the focus on reducing the discomfort and stress of pregnancy. Pillows are usted to support the body without pressure being applied to the abdomen.

60 Minutes: $90

HOT STONE MASSAGE

A full body massage combined with the penetrating heat of the stones. The stones are used to iron out tight areas in the body and are laid out on the body to restore balance.

MASSAGE A TROIS

This treatment includes a facial massage, back massage, and foot and calf massage.

90 Minutes: $125

INTRODUCTION TO REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology focuses on specific areas of the feet and hands to stimulate nerve impulses to various organs and body regions. It is based on the theroy that the entire body is connected to nerve endings within the feet, hands and ears.

60 Minutes: $90

This facial combines massage, mask & gentle extraction to exfoliate and moisturize, while hydrating and purifying. 45 minutes
